Rates

Lincoln Room                $80.00 + 6% tax

Hunt Room                    $85.00 + 6% tax

Rates include full breakfast for two

Payment

Payment may be made by Discover credit card, cash, money order, or personal check.  Payment must be made in full at check in time if not made in advance.

Children

Our accommodations are not suitable for children under 12.  We do not have rollaway beds or cots.

Reservations

Reservations may be made by email or by phone.  All email inquiries are answered promptly.  To make reservations by phone, call (361)798-4410 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Deposits

To make a confirmed reservation, a deposit equal to your stay + tax is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is for a special event, if the reservation is not canceled thirty days prior to stated arrival time, the deposit is not refundable unless the room is re-rented. For all other reservations, the reservation must be cancelled fourteen days prior to stated arrival time to receive a refund of your deposit.

Early Checkout

If a reservation is for more than one night and you check out early, your reserved stay will be charged.
