The kitchen and dining room form a large open area with a wood cathedral ceiling and large log beams.   The western decor throughout makes this a real country kitchen.  This  spacious  kitchen with marble counter tops and large island would satisfy any cook's dream.  Ceramic tile covers the floor of the entire area and flows into the adjoining Great Room.  Kitchen privileges are not included in room rental.

The dining room where breakfast is served features a large oak   dining table and an enormous bay window that overlooks scenic woods.  A full, hot, delicious breakfast is served to guests daily.  Some entrees include a delectable Molded Sausage Ring with scrambled eggs and Texas-sized biscuits, Enchanted Oaks granola, Farmer's Casserole, pecan waffles, or breakfast enchiladas.

The lodge reception area features a twelve foot stone fireplace, log beams and aspen wood ceilings. The room  is furnished with western ranch decor and comfortable leather and natural cowhide furniture.  Wildlife decor adds to the Texas charm of this majestic room.  Use of this area by guests is limited.
